I’m Sebastian Ovide, a seasoned technology leader and an engineer at heart, passionate about solving problems with technology. Over the years, I’ve built and led high-performing, cross-functional teams, always balancing Agile and lean startup principles to fit the needs of the company and its stage.

I thrive in startup environments, helping early-stage companies develop their MVPs, choose the right technologies, and build strong engineering teams. My leadership approach is rooted in coaching and mentoring, empowering teams through servant leadership while staying hands-on when needed—whether it’s defining strategy, solving architectural challenges, or even coding.
